新亭村是涂寨镇辖下的行政村，属少数民族村，也是革命老区村，下辖6个自然村。村中有张文裕故居和蓝飞鹤烈士纪念碑。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历，据博雅地名网所载：唐朝末年，一位蓝姓提督奉命视察崇武，途经此地遇雨，避在路边的小亭中。后来他的一个儿子留在此地建居，又重修了那座小亭，村名由此而来。[1]

解放后直到1958年，新亭都归飞跃公社统辖。1961年，原飞跃公社一分为二，东岭公社与涂寨公社由此分立，新亭划归涂寨。1984年10月改设新亭村民委员会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

张文裕故居在宫后自然村，是民国时期的建筑，朝向南面，两进式的三开间房屋，建材为土木砖石混合。它是县级文物保护单位。[2]

村北有蓝飞鹤烈士纪念碑，墓碑立于1955年，1958年又建水泥墓亭加以护盖。2002年8月，该纪念碑被命名为「爱国主义和国防教育基地」。[2][3]

著名人物[edit]

张文裕（1910年至1992年）是宫后自然村人，是中国宇宙线研究与高能实验物理的早期开拓者之一。[2]
