地理环境[edit]
村子在镇域的西南方向，村道接入惠崇路；村的北面是垵固村，南面连接前张村，西侧延伸到乌山，东北一侧与惠崇公路相接[2][3]。
历史沿革[edit]
早年黄氏村民迁来山前定居，此地称为「前黄」，因方言谐音又写作「前园」。20世纪80年代，因全县地名重复，村名改为「鹰园」[2][3]。
清末，此处属于泉州府惠安县涂寨乡的场下埔一带。1960年实行公社化，此地编入崇武公社，成为前黄大队；七十年代，崇武分出山霞公社，村在其中改称前园大队；1984年，改组为鹰园村民委员会[2]。
