浮山村位于福建省泉州市惠安县张坂镇的东南沿海突出部，三面环海，原为海岛。[4]

村名、獭窟与獭江三个地名各有来历。村中有唐代的浮山寺、元代的浮山石塔等县级文物保护单位，獭窟鱼签制作技艺入选台商投资区第一批非遗名录。[2][4]

地名由来[edit]

相传唐代杭州灵隐寺的慧远禅师南下至此，见海中一座山浮在水面，便在岛东侧建寺定居。寺名为浮山寺，村名依寺而来。博雅地名网称此事发生在唐僖宗光启三年（887年）。[1][2][4]

獭窟之名，一说是堪舆家认为此地形似水獭。獭江之名沿用至今，现在的小学、中学和老人协会都以“獭江”命名。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

明、清时期，此地为泉州府惠安县二十六都的獭窟铺，并设有巡检司，称獭窟城；民国时归群獭乡，后划入青山乡。[3]

1949年，此地编成惠安县青山乡下的浮山特编保；同年10月设浮山乡人民政府。1958年撤销拼乡，另设浮山乡人民委员会。1962年，这里设浮山大队，并分设渔业社、运输社和海带养殖场。[3]

1970年前后，村民修建海堤与大陆相连，大队因此改名为七一大队。1974年并入张坂公社，1975年恢复为浮山大队，1984年改设浮山村民委员会。[3]

据百度百科，此地原是泉州最大的海岛；1970年后有跨海长堤与大陆相接，如今三面临海，海岸线约8公里。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

张坂浮山寺为唐代古建筑，獭窟妈祖宫为明代古建筑，西峰后宫位于西峰自然村，为清代古建筑，浮山石塔为元代古建筑，均为县级文物保护单位。[2]

非物质文化遗产[edit]

2012年，獭窟鱼签制作技艺被列入台商投资区的第一批非遗名录；此外，它也被收入《福建地理标志传说》。[4]

经济[edit]

百度百科称，本村的主导产业是渔旅结合，鱼签、鱼饼等传统手工产品销往港澳与东南亚。[4]

荣誉[edit]

2022年12月，浮山村获评「2022年福建省卫生村」，由福建省爱国卫生运动委员会公布；2024年10月，本村列为「泉州市2024年度市级“一村一品”专业村」，产业为乡村旅游。[1]

2025年3月，本村被认定为「福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]
