历史沿革[edit]
这一带多丘陵，地名常用“坂”字，如长坂、驿坂、上坂之类。村子原名玉坂，清代才改称张坂。[2]
唐代此地属晋江县；太平兴国六年（981年），划归新设的惠安县。[1]
元代村中已有黄、曾两姓聚居，当时归青山乡二十五都。明隆庆至万历年间（1567—1620年），这里属镇安铺二十五都的玉坂，清代沿用明制。[2]
1958年，村子归上游人民公社，设张坂管理区下的张坂大队；1961年随张坂人民公社成立，仍设张坂大队；1984年改设张坂村民委员会。[2]
地理环境[edit]
村域面积约3平方公里，下辖4个自然村。村子东北约15公里处是崇武古城，西面约15公里是洛阳桥，西北距惠安县城也约15公里。[1]
姓氏宗族[edit]
村中骆姓居民占八成以上，其先祖于南宋迁入。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
张坂孙嘉安墓位于铺边自然村，为宋代古墓葬，列入县级文物保护单位。[2]
村内的骆氏祖祠与崧山古地宫庙同为县级文物保护单位，留存的明清古民居有二十余座。[1]
