白沙二村是洛阳镇下辖的行政村，地处洛江半岛，周围山地环绕，另一侧靠海。村东与吉贝自然村接壤，南面连着白沙一村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明末清初，此地属惠安县玉沙乡。1961年，白沙一带组成白沙大队；1984年，大队改为村民委员会。2001年，白沙二村自白沙大队中析出，独立设村；2010年，本村随洛阳镇划入台商投资区。[1]
