顶赤涂村位于惠安县紫山镇的西北端，紫山溪流经村子一带。村中的郑琛墓与仕尾郑氏家庙是较为知名的县级文物。[1][5][6]

地名与沿革[edit]

村名的来历是：早年有陈姓人家迁到这里，在一片红色的土地上安家，村子便以此得名。[1]

明清两代此地归十七都黄田铺管辖，民国时则隶属民安乡的紫山保。新中国成立后，村子几经调整，1958年起以大队的形式存在，1985年改为村民委员会。[1]

1999年8月，村子划归新设立的紫山镇。[1][2]

经济[edit]

2008年，村里的工农业生产总值为1969万元，农民人均年收入达到5896元。[1][5]

名胜古迹[edit]

郑琛墓在村中仕尾自然村的后山上，墓朝向东，形如“风”字，墓体以花岗岩砌成，属惠安县第十一批县级文物保护单位。[3][6]

仕尾郑氏家庙同样在仕尾自然村，明末天启年间始建，其后一度废弃，清末民初又重建，建筑面积215平方米。家庙里保存着三方石刻，其中一方为唐代的「唐鸿胪卿留公神道」碑。[4][6]

人物[edit]

郑琛是仕尾村人，号慎庵，明代嘉靖年间以贡生出身，曾在浙江和广东任教职。他的墓即郑琛墓，今为县级文物。[3][6]
