历史沿革[edit]
1961年，锦丰村从锦水村析分另建大队时定名。取“锦”字，并寓意此地水源充沛、粮食丰产。[1]
清代时为十九都的前康铺。民国年间归东园镇的锦水保。1949年后划入东园五区与洛阳区的锦水乡。1958年设前康大队；1961年分出，成为城关公社的锦丰大队；1985年起改为螺阳乡的村委会。[1]
村下辖前康、官宅两个自然村。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
石埕林氏宗祠位于前康自然村，建于清代，2005年重修，为两进五开间的硬山式建筑。[1]
前康梅花井又称七孔井，井圈凿有七个圆孔，井台以花岗岩砌成。[1]
