霞光村是惠安县螺阳镇下辖的行政村，位于惠安县城南郊，与镇区相接。[1][3][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名取自日出时光线穿透云层的明亮景象。[1][4]

中华人民共和国成立后至1958年，霞光村一带先后属惠安县新霞乡霞莲村。1958年9月划入红旗人民公社，设霞光生产大队；1984年10月改为螺阳乡霞光村民委员会。[1]

2021年和2022年，霞光村先后列入淘宝村名单，据博雅地名网所载。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

后窑古窑址位于后窑村一带，是北宋时期的窑址，属市级文物保护单位。[5][6]
