小坝村是福建省泉州市泉港区涂岭镇下辖的行政村，位于镇西部，西与仙游县交界，是以蒙古族为主的民族村。[1][2]

据泉港区政府网2021年所载，全村8个村民小组，人口约2980人，其中蒙古族2310多人，党员104人。[2]

地名由来[edit]

古时此处溪流上有一小水坝，后来出、陈两姓村民相继迁来，建居于坝旁，故称小坝。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时为十都樟市铺的辖地，民国时期属涂岭乡松洲保。解放初属七区的松洲乡，此后于1952年转入十区泗洲乡，1956年又改为驿坂区的松洲乡。[4]

1958年归超先公社与涂岭公社，设小坝大队。1985年为涂岭乡小坝村委会；1993年划入肖厝镇的涂岭办事处；2000年改由泉港区涂岭镇管辖。[4]

民族与姓氏[edit]

据泉港区政府网所载，村是福建省最大的蒙古族聚居地。[2]

村内出姓族人自称系元朝开国功臣木华黎的后裔，尊元末太尉纳哈出为一世祖。出氏族人在明末清初落脚洪厝坑；清乾隆年间，村中出科联考中进士，并入翰林院任职。[6]

荣誉[edit]

2017年3月，村被国家民委命名为「第二批中国少数民族特色村寨」。[1]

2025年11月，村被确定为「福建省2025年度省级“一村一品”专业村」，特色为民俗文化。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

燕山寺位于洪厝坑自然村的燕山，据百度百科，建于明代，依火山岩天然石洞而建；博雅地名网列为市级文物保护单位。[5][7]

出氏家庙位于洪厝坑洪厝22-1号，博雅地名网列为市级文物保护单位，并记为清代建筑；百度百科则称为明代木石结构建筑。[5][6]

出氏翰林第位于村内，为清乾隆八年（1743年）建筑，市级文物保护单位。[5]

中共惠安特支隐蔽点和联络站旧址在甘蔗园自然村的出福元旧居内；1934年3月，曹海等人于此设立隐蔽点与联络站。[5]
