凤安村位于前黄镇东北部，东面连接后龙，南面紧邻山腰，北面可望南埔。[1]
地名由来[edit]
凤安古称澳兠。相传村前的门口坑曾是一片港湾，是良好的避风澳头，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代已有此村，属七都的古头铺。民国时划为前黄凤安保。[1]
新中国成立后，凤安先归南埔的凤安乡，1958年改隶惠安县超先公社的前黄管区，1961年又归山腰公社凤安大队。[1]
1984年，凤安转入山腰乡，设凤安村委会；1991年改由惠安县肖厝镇的山腰办事处管辖，1994年成为山腰镇凤安村委会。1999年9月，凤安自山腰镇分出，划入前黄镇，设为凤安村委会。[1]
