历史沿革[edit]
宋代这一带归惠安县圭峰管辖，元明清时则编入八都厚林铺，村中分有林炳社与永全社两社。[1][3]
民国年间此处称诚朴保。1959年改称诚鹏大队，1962年以“鹏”的谐音改名诚平，1985年设为诚平村委会。[1][3]
地理环境[edit]
村域海岸线约3千米，沿岸开有5处天然避风港澳；海警工作站、海巡基地及城市污水处理厂等机构也设在村中。[2]
经济[edit]
村民主要依靠捕捞、海水养殖和劳务派遣谋生。外海作业渔船三十余艘，均已改装为大马力钢质船。近海可养殖面积将近两万亩，其中四千五百亩已办理手续，海蛎、海带、紫菜、花蛤与红毛菜都是养殖品种。[2]
文化[edit]
村内有两项国家级非物质文化遗产，分别是「福船水密隔仓传承技艺」与「北管」。[2]
2022年10月，诚平村进入第六批中国传统村落名录（百度百科则记为2023年）；2020年2月，入选福建省第三批省级传统村落。[1][3]
名胜古迹[edit]
圭峰塔始建于元代，明崇祯年间（1628—1644年）坍塌，清嘉庆三年（1798年）重新修建，成为三层的四角重檐楼阁式石塔，现为市级文物保护单位。[5][6]
卢琦故居建于元朝至正年间（1341—1368年），今存三进七间张的硬山式主体，背靠圭峰塔，正对观音山，现为区级文化遗产。[4][6]
村中还有肃在堂、国子监太学生府等古建筑，石狗、石鸡与卧佛等景观也在村内。[2]
著名人物[edit]
与本村有关的历史人物包括：元代为官的卢琦，洛阳桥的监工卢锡，造船的黄都，清代任左都督的林碧峰，以及北管大师刘永赖。[2]
