凤翔村是福建省泉州市泉港区南埔镇下辖的行政村，位于镇境南部，地处南山路中段，离区政府约2千米。村内有7个自然村，以埕头自然村为主村。[1]

地理交通[edit]

村子四周山势较高，形如盆地，北面群山环抱，两条主溪自北向南流下。东面与仙境村和后龙镇坑仔底村相邻，南面与前黄镇安兜村相界，西面连接前黄镇坑内村。[1]

南山公路从村东侧经过，肖泉铁路穿过村子中部。北面距通港路约1.5千米，距龙头岭高速路口约4千米。[1]

人口[edit]

村中分为16个村民小组。2021年的统计为：6968人住在1986户中，男子3138名，女子3830名。[1]

2021年常住人口6928人，60岁及以上者占16%，青壮年劳动力占54%。外出流动人口1980人，约占全村人口的29%，去向包括福州、厦门、泉州、广东和海南，多做小买卖或外出打工。[1]

土地与自然[edit]

全村土地约2.5平方千米，其中水田680亩，耕地合计1300亩；另有生态园林租用地420亩。山地面积2000亩，森林覆盖率为96%。村子是省级生态村。[1]

历史[edit]

刘荣喜、刘玉仁两名地下党员，在1947年后借教书身份作掩护，长驻田头开展秘密活动。1948年春，中共闽中特委的朱汉膺在院前据点设立联络点，发动群众开展斗争。[1]

1985年5月，本村被认定为革命老区。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内有圆通寺，始建于南宋。另有抗倭据点遗迹、火山口、古榕树群、古大厝群和陈氏宗祠。凤翔田野公园始建于2014年。[1]

民间信仰[edit]

各自然村都设有福主庙。埕头自然村的金圣宫供奉司马圣王，全村几乎每月都有神佛祭祀的香期。[1]
