村东临泉港化工厂与山腰盐场南海工区，西邻驿峰路，南面与山腰盐场菜堂工区相接，北面毗邻后港溪。[1]
村俗称「山腰埭」，地势低洼，潭井众多，水源充沛，淡水资源丰富。[2]
