埭港村是泉港区山腰街道下辖的行政村，位于街道东南部，距区政府约1公里，面积约4平方公里。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

「埭港」之名，是1942年由山腰盐场的后埭、后港两个盐务所合并时各取一字而来。[1]

清代属忠恕乡德音里七都安埕铺，民国时属惠安县山腰联保的锦石保。[3]

1959年，山腰盐场改为地方国营，村地设为埭港工区；1966年改称跃进工区，1977年恢复原名。1996年设立埭港镇；1999年，它并入山腰镇，改为村民委员会。[3]

1949年8月18日，村中庄姓人士组织山腰盐署的警察起义，村庄随即获得解放；8月23日，村民配合游击队解放了惠安县城。博雅地名网称，埭港村是泉州最早解放的乡村。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内有龙见宫，始建于明末，为市级文物保护单位。[5]

望海楼位于村内后楼，建于清代，同样被列为市级文物。[6]

山腰庄氏古民居位于村内的石桥自然村，2018年被公布为福建省第九批省级文物保护单位。[7]

著名人物[edit]

庄晚芳是茶学教授，庄志雄曾任中国毒理学会理事长，两人的故乡都在埭港村。[2]
