前埭社区是双阳街道下辖的社区，位于街道东南部，东临洛阳江边[1]。社区名称因靠近洛阳江边的海埭而得[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

20世纪50年代此地属晋江县。1960年华侨农场设立后，归农场下属的管理区管辖。1998年建镇时，从原管区划出数个自然村，另设前埭村；2005年才改称前埭社区[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

社区内有古松和古民居，「三雕」景观较为丰富[1]。

物产[edit]

社区出产龙眼，分鲜果与果干两大类[1]。
