后埭社区是福建省泉州市洛江区万安街道下辖的社区，位于洛阳江上游，滨江大道沿线，东面与北面靠洛阳江，西南面靠山。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区得名于位处万安街道的最后方。[1] 社区始建于清代，居民一部分由晋江后洋迁来，一部分从仙游迁入。1946年以前此地居民以许、郑、陈三姓为主，此后李、杨、郭等姓陆续迁入。2012年，设立后埭社区居民委员会。[1][2]
