万科城社区位于江滨北路，靠近潘山公园，辖区面积约0.5平方千米。它建在原泉州糖厂的旧址上，2021年9月设立党支部。[1][2][3]

建设与人口[edit]

万科城住宅小区连同配套商业构成社区主体。住宅分三期建成，共32幢单元楼、3995套商品房，入住率为86%。常住人口近万人。[1]

辖区内有丰泽区实验幼儿园潘山分园和丰泽区实验小学潘山小区各一所，另设有商业街区。[1]

历史[edit]

社区前身为国有糖厂的老厂址，博雅地名网称其在此焕发新生。[2][3]

党支部成立于2021年9月，目前有党员50人。[1]
