云山社区位于泉州市区东部，在泉秀路北侧，因云麓山而得名。2025年，社区划归临海街道。[2][3]

社区地处泉秀路东段繁华地带，与区行政服务中心相邻，辖区内有千亿、瑞士等物业小区，以及永辉超市、麦德龙等商业网点，形成商业聚集区。[1]

地名与沿革[edit]

博雅地名网记载，新中国成立后，此地曾先后属晋江县第四区、中芸区、云山区，后设云山乡，社区名称即来自云山乡。[2]

人口与居民小组[edit]

2021年，社区面积约2.9平方千米，常住人口3828人，流动人口在1.4万人以上。下辖云鹿、田源、院前3个居民小组。[1]

社区内有4个物业小区，分别为千亿、瑞士、盛世融城和腾王阁。党员共102人，工作人员23名。[1]

教育与机构[edit]

辖区有云山、安琪、院前3所幼儿园，北师大泉州附中（初高中联办）一所，另有黎明大学、泉州理工大学两所高校。[1]

消防大队、公安局、检察院、地震局、疾控中心、皮肤科医院、执法局、环卫所与气象局等单位落户于此，社区还设有云山社区卫生服务中心一个。[1]
