凤屿社区位于街道东北部，地处洛阳江畔，北邻洛江区万安开发区，西接浔美工业区。[1][4]社区成立于2003年4月，辖区面积约2.5平方千米，海岸线长3000余米。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

社区原为孤岛，后经城东南北两侧海堤环绕连成半岛。[3][4]清代此地隶三十八都万安铺，民国时并入东洛镇。[2][4]1961年从乌屿划出金屿、凤屿两个大队，同属渔业公社；1970年改属城东公社，1984年称城东乡凤屿村，其后于2003年改设社区居委会。[2][3]明代成化二十三年，王氏先祖迁来定居。[3][4]

人口与社会[edit]

据2025年11月丰泽区人民政府公布的情况，社区有住户约2047户，19个网格，7个居民小组，1个住宅小区，辖区内有非公有制企业和社会组织29个。[1]社区党总支2009年6月成立，下辖3个党支部，现有党员92名。[1]
