常泰街道是福建省泉州市鲤城区下辖的街道，位于鲤城区西南部，办事处驻常泰路，电话区号为0595。[1][2][6]

辖区东面紧挨江南新区的核心地带，西面与南安市滨江工业区接壤，南侧依傍紫帽山风景区，北面临近晋江水系。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代时，今辖区分属晋江县晋江乡和南安县唐安乡。其中下店、路边、树兜、五星、上村五个社区一带当时称作常泰里，街道因此得名，「常泰」二字取和谐安泰的意思。[1][6]

新中国成立前，今域分属晋江县第四区四维乡与南安县第九区岐山乡。1958年两地分别划归泉州市江南人民公社，1984年改为江南乡，1991年改为江南镇，2003年撤镇，设立江南街道办事处。[4]

2006年9月，泉州市政府批准对鲤城区江南、浮桥两街道的辖区作出调整，增设常泰街道。新设的街道由原江南街道析出的十个社区组成，办事处于同年11月13日成立。[1][4]

地理环境[edit]

辖区南部的锦田社区在紫帽山北麓、晋江南岸一带，树兜和下店两个社区则地处紫帽山麓，晋江南高渠与南低渠横贯其间。[13][14][15]

交通方面，常泰路纵贯南北，省道308线与县道301线横穿东西，泉三高速在泉州西互通口接入街道。[1][3]

据2023年鲤城统计年鉴，街道辖区面积为11.9平方千米。[9]

人口[edit]

鲤城区人民政府网站的街道概况页记载辖区总人口为46965人，该页发布于2015年，未注明统计年份；百度百科载2011年末总人口为38952人。两者年份不同，数字不能相互替代。[1][6]

名胜古迹[edit]

苏夫人姑庙在紫帽山北麓，位于上村社区境内，供奉的是泉南一带的民间女神苏六娘。庙宇建于明正统六年（1441年）；明成化六年（1470年）苏六娘因助平战乱、抵御倭寇而受封「护国卫生夫人」。1998年列为泉州市级文物保护单位。[10][12]

紫帽山摩崖石刻为北宋遗存，属石窟寺及石刻类，列入泉州市市、县级文物保护单位名录。[5][7][8]

树兜社区（树兜）内有三处近现代建筑与墓葬列入文物名录：蒋报荣民居，1914年由印尼华侨蒋报荣回乡所建，是一座闽南红砖古厝，被列为泉州市第七批市级文物保护单位；蒋报企旧居，年代为清至民国；蒋以麟墓与蒋报企墓，属民国时期。[5][7][8][11]
