坂头社区是浮桥街道下辖的社区，面积0.858平方千米。地名的来历是：此地历代称「榜头」，民国时期改称「坂头」[2]。

地理环境[edit]

社区东面是新步社区，北面靠延陵社区，西面和南面与仙景社区接壤[1]。辖区已完成征迁，社区下辖7个小区和10个居民小组，有居民代表74名[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

唐宋时期，这里属南安县唐安乡修文里；元、明、清时期属南安县二都；民国时期设坂头保[2]。

1953至1956年间，这里曾设坂头乡，隶属南安县第十三区。1958年10月，坂头改归江南公社；此后又先后隶属满堂红公社、满堂红乡、浮桥镇和浮桥街道办事处[2]。

文化[edit]

社区先后获泉州市政府评为2008年至2010年度文明社区，获泉州市老龄委等部门评为2006年至2007年度「敬老模范社区」[1]。2021年11月，福建省爱卫办命名坂头社区为「2021年福建省卫生社区」[2]。

名胜古迹[edit]

吴茂华宅为清代建筑，市级文物保护单位，位于社区内。黄龙吴氏祖墓群（元明，市级文物保护单位）的一世祖墓也在此[3]。
