历史沿革与名胜[edit]
社区成立于2002年5月时称新门居委会[1]。博雅地名网称，社区内的芳草园在清代是施琅的私家园林，施琅曾在泉州城内营建此园[2]。
荣誉[edit]
2021年2月，新门社区上榜「福建省2018—2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单；2024年12月，社区列入「2024年福建省儿童友好社区」名单[1]。
