盘兰村是福建省三明市永安市罗坊乡西南部的行政村，地处高山，与连城县、清流县接壤，海拔约1080米，距乡政府约20公里。[1][3]

村中的盘兰寨是旧时的防御工事，也是全村的祖房。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名与畲族姓氏用字有关，因人们敬重祖先而取名“盘兰”。[1]

村中钟姓约明代后期迁入定居，后裔已传十八代；上官姓先祖从外地迁来，被钟姓收养后自立门户。[1]

村子原属清流县，1954年4月划归永安市罗坊乡管辖。[2]

2023年，盘兰村被命名为福建省卫生村。[5]

博雅地名网载，村子于2024年7月被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]

博雅地名网又载，2025年11月村子被确定为「福建省2025年度省级“一村一品”专业村」，产业为茶叶。[1]

村中出产松茸、佛手瓜、笋干等土特产。松茸为野生菌，主要销往日本等国家。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

盘兰寨建在孤峰之上，四面陡峭，只有一条石阶小路通达。寨墙用块石垒成，最厚处约两米，墙面留有观察孔与射击孔。该寨于明末建成，2001年经过重修。[2][3]
