罗坊乡是福建省三明市永安市西南部的一个乡，东与洪田镇、安砂镇、曹远镇接壤，南面与小陶镇和连城县相邻，西北与清流县为邻，距永安市区约92千米。[1] 乡境位于群山之中，平均海拔约700米。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代此地属清流县折桂乡梦溪团，明清时期称梦溪里，另有资料称当时归清流县第五、六都管辖。[1][2] 1934年设张地乡，1945年改称梦溪乡，1950年2月设罗坊乡，仍归清流县。[2] 1959年9月划归永安县，改设罗坊人民公社；1984年2月由公社改为乡，沿用至今。[1][2]

地名因当地罗姓居民较多而来，旧称“梦溪”“梦里”。[2]

2024年1月，福建省爱卫会公布2023年福建省卫生乡镇名单，罗坊乡列名其中。[6][7]

地理环境[edit]

乡内群山环绕，大丰山耸立其间，境内最高峰棋盘峰海拔1705米，博雅地名网称其为永安第一高峰。[2][3]

山地中有铁、铜、稀土、钾长石、石英石等矿产，并有少量金矿；林中生活着华南虎、娃娃鱼、穿山甲、白鹇等动物，其中一部分属国家二类野生保护动物。[3]

乡内梦溪河流经罗坊村、吴坊村，在桥头村一带注入安砂水库。[8][10][11]

罗坊通往永安的道路是乡内主干线，安砂通往小陶与连城方向的要道也经过此地。[9]

人口民族[edit]

2019年末，全乡户籍人口为6387人。[1] 乡内多个村落的居民属客家人，如半村、桥头村和坪坑村。[9][11][12]

1958年10月，当地组建长青（罗坊）人民公社。[2]

经济[edit]

半村以毛竹和养殖为主，吴坊村以烟叶、水稻为主，桂仁村以毛竹、茶叶为主要收入。[9][10][14]

乡里依托“罗坊腊鸭”“盘兰茶叶”等品牌发展农产品，盘兰村另出产松茸、佛手瓜等土特产。[5][13]

文化[edit]

乡政府列为推广项目的民俗活动中，有板凳龙、稻草龙，也有罗坊花灯与梦江龙。[5]

罗坊村每逢正月舞梦江龙、赏花灯、耍铁技，吴坊村则在正月十三至十五迎龙灯、演台戏。[8][10]

名胜古迹[edit]

吴坊乡苏维埃政府旧址在吴坊村，红军井在罗坊村。红军井一处记载为1930年红军经过的旧址，与毛泽东领导的红四军二纵队有关。两处均列入「永安市级重点革命历史遗址遗迹文物保护单位」，属2011年第三批名单。[4]

博雅地名网还列有罗坊红军驻地旧址（后塘边屋），并记载乡内有香炉山、化身岩、宝盖岩、棋盘石、饭干谷等景观，合称“十景”。[2][3]
