甲圣村是福建省三明市永安市上坪乡下辖的行政村，位于永安市东部。村名原作「鸭盛岌」，清代村中有人中了举人后，把其中的“盛”字改为谐音的“圣”，遂称甲圣。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明景泰三年（1452年）永安设县，本村属永安县二十七都。民国时期属上桂乡，1958年划归上坪公社，1984年正式成立甲圣村村民委员会，隶属上坪乡。[1][2]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办公示并命名本村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
