上罗溪村是福建省三明市永安市槐南镇的行政村，位于镇南山片，地处永安东大门，距槐南集镇约4公里，离安贞堡约8公里。[1][4]
村名的由来，据博雅地名网，是罗姓村民在溪流上游一带定居，聚落由此形成。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村域内山林17309亩，其中毛竹334亩；耕地525亩。全村面积合计11.974平方公里。[2]
人口民族[edit]
博雅地名网载，村中132户、621人，党员20名，设4个村民小组，未注明年份。[1]
经济[edit]
村民主要依靠农业、采矿、外出务工和畜牧业增加收入。2009年5月，村里成立了「永安市槐南上罗溪畜禽农民专业合作社」，社员9人。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
村落始建于明朝，明时期属尤溪县四十三都，明景泰三年永安建县后属永安县四十三都。[3]
1984年成立村民委员会，2013年划入槐南镇。[3]
荣誉[edit]
2024年1月，村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。2024年7月，村先后被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」，并被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
