小磉村位于洪田镇西南部，与马洪村、水西村毗邻，距集镇12公里，村部所在地海拔320多米，属高山村。[1] 1984年2月，村民委员会在此组建，名为小磉村，归洪田乡；至1992年9月，改由洪田镇管辖。[2]
