忠洛村位于洪田镇东部，海拔300米。[1] 村名因地处溪流中段，与“洛溪”音近而得名。[1][2] 村子建于明朝，明清两代归永安县二十八都，民国时隶属洪田乡。[3] 1984年设立村民委员会时仍归洪田乡，1992年起改由洪田镇管辖。[3]
