明清时期隶属永安县三十一都。[1]

经济[edit]

近年村里调整种植结构，糯玉米、毛豆、莴苣与黄金瓜都有种植，村中还建有沼气池，发展沼果、菜、稻结合的生态农业。[2]

荣誉[edit]

福建省农业农村厅认定张坊村为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」，时间是2022年10月。[1]
