安砂镇是福建省三明市永安市下辖的建制镇，位于永安市西北部，东距永安市区43千米，北邻明溪县，西邻清流县。[1] 2023年，永安市辖8个建制镇，安砂镇是其中之一。[3] 镇内的主要文物与景观有安砂双塔、永安龙头国家湿地公园和九龙湖，另有多处红军时期的旧址。[5][8]
历史沿革[edit]
明正统五年（1440年）沙县在此设立巡检司；景泰三年（1452年）永安设县后，巡检司仍设于安砂，此处在明清两代归永安县三十二都管辖。[4] 到民国时期，这里成为永安县安砂乡的辖地。[4] 1950年划入永安县第四区，1954年改隶安砂区；1958年10月，此地设立人民公社，1984年改设安砂镇。[4][1]
1934年2月红军解放安砂，同年4月，红军独立第七团在双塔处设立了观察哨位。[4][10]
地理环境[edit]
安砂一带地处闽江干流上游、九龙溪中游。[7] 安砂大坝蓄水后形成九龙湖，湖区东起安砂，西至清流县的嵩口坪，原先险峻的九龙十八滩由此变为平缓的湖面。[7] 2022年10月，安砂九龙湖入选福建省第一批河湖文化遗产。[7]
名胜古迹[edit]
安砂双塔由步云塔（又称西塔）与仰山塔（又称东塔）组成，分立于九龙溪两岸的山顶，始建于明崇祯七年（1634年），清乾隆七年（1745年）重修。[9][10] 两塔平面八角形，七层，为空心楼阁式砖木结构，通高29.65米。[9] 步云塔在安砂村，仰山塔在曹田村的上曹田自然村。[8] 双塔列入永安市文物保护单位名录，2025年1月被认定为第二批福建省河湖文化遗产。[8][9]
永安龙头国家湿地公园位于安砂镇，以九龙湖为主体水域，全园占地3073.8公顷，湿地部分为1032.7公顷。[6] 公园2011年12月设立试点，2018年12月通过国家林业和草原局验收，正式成为国家湿地公园，也是三明市首个国家湿地公园。[7]
境内的红军时期旧址，据永安市文物保护单位名录，有安砂革命烈士陵园、陈氏宗祠（红七团一营三连指挥部旧址）和安砂区苏维埃政府旧址，均在安砂村。[8] 博雅地名网另载安砂赤卫队办公旧址（郑氏宗祠）、安砂红三十四师指挥部旧址（严永泰老宅）和安砂红军修械厂旧址（范氏祖屋），都属一般不可移动文物，同在安砂村。[5]

安砂镇于2024年1月获评「2023年福建省卫生乡镇」，2020年12月列入「2020年福建省森林城镇」名单。[4]
著名人物[edit]
罗瑞珍（1911～1934年），出身赤贫之家，家中靠租种地主的田地为生，江后村人。[4] 张腾辉（1902～1934年），安砂人，14岁丧父，靠打短工度日；1934年2月安砂获红军解放，他率先加入赤卫队，后被选为石碧乡苏维埃政府的土地委员。[4] 陈朝敬（1889～1934年），安砂曹田松林下人，靠租田耕种为生；此后他也投身赤卫队的活动。[4]
