大坂村位于205国道沿线，地处三明与永安交界处，据博雅地名网所载，是由三明进入永安的第一个村。[1][2]

村名的意思是村民沿着大面积的山坡群居。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村庄始建于清代，此前属永安县二十六都，民国时归龙岭乡。[1][3]

1951年9月属荆岗乡，1954年8月改属贡川区张荆乡，1958年10月编入贡川人民公社。[3]

1984年村民委员会设立，同年2月起属贡川镇。[3]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办授予大坂村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]

村域林地以毛竹为主，林地租赁和林木转让是村集体收入的主要来源。[2]
