罗岩村是永安市燕西街道下辖的行政村，位于街道最西部，山林较多。[1][2]

村名取自两个自然村（罗家山、岩头）名称中的各一字，合并而成「罗岩」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时属二十九都，民国时属吉山乡。1950年归西洋区吉山乡，1954年改隶洪田区吉山乡，1958年10月划入先锋（城关）公社，1961年5月为城郊公社辖地。1984年设村委会，属茅坪乡；1992年又归吉山乡，2002年3月划入燕西街道。[1]

经济[edit]

村民多从事林业和毛竹生产，也经营笋干，2010年村民人均收入在7000多元。[1]

文化[edit]

2024年7月，村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标「六无」村（社区）」。[1]
