大炼村是永安市燕西街道下辖的行政村，位于205国道旁、城区西郊。[1][2]

村址原为文川溪畔的河滩，烈日下热气如火炉，初称「炉坪」，后改名大炼。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时属二十九都，民国时属吉山乡。1984年成立村民委员会，隶属茅坪乡；1992年属吉山乡；2002年3月划归燕西街道。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

「大炼林氏宗祠」始建于元末明初，约在20世纪30年代初，林家木（又名林翊）出资将它改建。全祠用地1186平方米，建有面积467平方米的建筑。[1]
