下渡村是永安市燕西街道下辖的行政村，位于城区西侧，属城中村。[1][2]

村名因旧时此地在燕江渡口的下游而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期此地属大溪保。1950年归桥西乡，1954年归桥西街道居委会；1958年10月划入先锋人民公社的桥西管理区，1961年5月则成为城郊公社下属的下渡大队。1984年设村民委员会，隶属燕江镇；1989年起归燕西街道。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

「红军驻扎旧址—下渡魏氏家祠」于2020年第四批列入市级文物保护单位，位于本村。[3]
