封头村属福建省三明市建宁县黄埠乡，位于乡域东南部，距乡政府约4千米。据博雅地名网所载，村名与一位受皇家封赐的程八里将军有关。[1]

全村辖7个村民小组，有232户、973人，其中党员33人，未注统计年份。全村耕地1776.5亩，山地11726亩。[1]

经济[edit]

村中山地多种生态油茶，并种植烟叶、建宁白莲和水稻制种，还有野山鸡养殖户。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1984年，由客坊乡划出，划归黄埠乡，设立封头村民委员会。[1][2]

2008年4月，被列入市林业厅确定的第二批森林人家示范点；2010年，获评县级文明村。2021年11月，获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；2024年7月，被命名为「2023年度三明市达标六无村（社区）」。[1]
