竹薮村属福建省三明市建宁县黄埠乡，位于乡域南部，是乡的南大门，距乡政府驻地约1.5千米。村名原作谷薮，后因村前有片竹林，改称竹薮。[1][2]

全村辖11个村民小组，有356户、1450人，未注统计年份。[1][2]

村里经济以农业为主，主要产业有烟叶、莲子、水果和水稻制种，村内还有家庭农场发展烟种轮作。[2]

村内有少共国际师改编地旧址。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1984年，由客坊乡划出，划归黄埠乡，设立竹薮村民委员会。[1]

2021年4月，竹薮村被命名为「2021年三明市民主法治示范村（社区）」；2021年11月，获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号；经福建省农业农村厅认定，2022年10月竹薮村列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2024年7月，被命名为「2023年度三明市达标六无村（社区）」。[1]
