陈余村属福建省三明市建宁县黄埠乡，在县境西北部，距乡政府驻地约38千米。村名源于村中陈、余两姓多数聚居。[1][2]

人口[edit]

村中分为14个村民小组，共313户；人口1166人，据博雅地名网所载，未注统计年份。耕地2313亩，另有山地17933亩。[1][2]

村里以种植烤烟为主，兼产建宁通心白莲、槟榔芋和茶树菇。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋元时期，此地所在的区域曾属孝义乡的保，明初归北区癸羊保管辖。解放前原归孟安乡管辖。1984年由客坊划出，划归黄埠乡，设立陈余村民委员会。[1][2]

2021年11月，获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。该村是革命老区根据地。[1]
