将上村位于福建省三明市建宁县黄坊乡西部，是丘陵山区的行政村。村子与安寅村、芦岭村相邻，距县城21公里，距乡政府15公里。[1][2]

村内共10个自然村、14个村民小组。常住332户，总人口1363人，其中劳动资源812个（博雅地名网所载，未注明统计年份）。[1][2]

将军殿阻击战遗址位于本村的将军殿自然村，地处石坑杨坡寨一带，是建宁县文物保护单位。[3]

据博雅地名网，5月7日，国民党军周浑元部的几个师进攻将军殿，红军在此与敌相持，午后退守驻马寨阵地。[3]
