黄岭村位于均口镇北部，靠近金铙山脚下的金溪河畔，距县城13公里，省道横穿全村。[1][3]

村内有石燕岩、鸳鸯湖等名胜。[1]

「2021年福建省卫生村」称号由福建省爱卫部门于2021年11月授予本村。2020年12月，本村又被确定为「福建省第一批高级版绿盈乡村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1997年，撤乡并镇，村划归均口镇。[1]

1984年，村由生产大队的体制改为村民委员会；1968年，曾设革命领导小组管事。1958年，此地是均口公社下的黄岭大队。1956年，黄岭乡人民委员会隶属均口区公所。解放前此地属丰安乡黄岭保，1950年设黄岭乡政府，归第三区管辖。[1]

经济与荣誉[edit]

2012年，村民农民人均纯收入为7820元。产业方面，莲子、毛竹、烟叶、果业和水产养殖都有发展。[2]

2006至2009年间，村被评为县级「文明村」；2009年被评为市级「生态村」，并获农村信用社「信用村」称号。[2]
