艾阳村是溪口镇下辖的行政村，村名取自艾家磜与阳家磜两个自然村名各一字。[1]
福建省爱卫办于2021年11月把本村列为「2021年福建省卫生村」。2024年7月，本村获「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」称号，并被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
宋元时此地归西乡富田保管辖，明初改隶西区同一富田保。旧时属丰安乡的艾阳保，新中国成立后起初划入第三区，随后并入第一区，设艾阳乡人民政府。[1]
1956年改称艾阳乡人民委员会，1958年归溪口公社，称艾阳大队；1968年改称大队革命领导小组，1984年改为村委会，1995年起归溪口镇。[1]
著名人物[edit]
佛教僧人慈航法师为艾阳人，俗名艾继荣，生于1893年，卒于1954年，后赴台湾。[2]
