溪口镇是建宁县的农业强镇，主要产业有杂交水稻制种、烟叶、水果和建莲。[1]

镇内红色遗址较多，据建宁县人民政府网站，全县主要红色遗址60%在镇域内，其中中央苏区反“围剿”纪念园、红一方面军领导机关旧址等保护较好。[1]

镇域面积226.93平方千米，常住人口1.64万人（以上两项据建宁县人民政府网站，该页日期为2025年9月10日）。下辖1个社区、13个行政村；建宁县人民政府网站另写作12个行政村、2个农场和1个社区。[1][3][5]

2018年，经农业农村部批准，溪口镇成为首批全国农业产业强镇示范建设名单中的一个，同批福建入选者共9个，全国则为254个。镇级荣誉还有2011年度国家级生态乡镇、2020年12月被福建省爱卫办命名的福建省卫生乡镇，以及2022年10月认定的第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

民国以前，今镇域先后分属西乡、孝义乡和宾贤乡，明代改属北区与西区，清代至民国初期又分属北乡与西乡。[3]

建国初期，镇域大部分属第一区，即溪口区，区人民政府设于镇内。溪口人民公社于1958年成立，1984年由公社改为乡政府，1995年撤乡设镇。[3]

1931年5月31日，红军攻克建宁城，同日红一方面军总司令部和总前委当晚进驻溪口天主教堂，这次胜利粉碎了第二次“围剿”。[4]

1933年9月蒋介石发动第五次“围剿”，次年初至5月，红军在建宁北线与东线组织多场阻击，驻马寨一带即是其中之一；红一军团司令部当时设在镇内枧头村。[4][8]

永乐十八年（1420年），溪口高圳人廖彦举捐银二千两、大米一千石，资助修建万安桥。[1]

经济[edit]

杂交水稻制种是镇内的主要产业，国家级高标准杂交水稻制种示范基地设在枫元村。烟叶、玉梨、黄桃等水果，以及食用菌、生猪和禽类养殖，也是镇内的重要产业，建莲亦有种植。[1]

镇内还有托斯卡纳葡萄庄园等企业，县政府网站称其中一批为省级农业产业化龙头企业。[1]

文化[edit]

清代溪口的社学数量在当地居多。乾隆年间，朱仕琇在杨林龙龟峰创办松谷书院。[1][10]

渠村是镇内的特色文化村落，村中姓氏众多，村民来自多个省份，被称为“百家姓”村落。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

中央苏区反“围剿”纪念园位于溪口社区，前身是1959年成立的建宁县革命纪念馆，2007年扩建后更名。园内保存红一方面军领导机关旧址，该旧址在1985年由福建省人民政府列为第二批重点文物保护单位；建宁县人民政府网站称该园为全国爱国主义教育示范基地。[1][4][9]

溪口社区另有红一方面军无线电总队遗址、苏维埃粮食合作社旧址和红军后方第5医院旧址。红一方面军无线电总队1931年6月在建宁组建，总部电台曾设于青云阁。[4]

花墩桥一带有列宁小学遗址与红军宣传、社调活动处遗址。1931年夏，毛泽东在建宁期间，曾趁墟日往花墩桥街，与当地群众交谈。[4]

陈毅旧居将军庙也在溪口社区。1931年7月，陈毅到建宁参加红一方面军的军事会议，住在将军庙。[4]

枧头村的红一军团司令部旧址位于枧头新街，为清代建筑。[4][8]

杉溪村与江西南丰县交界处的百丈隘有毛泽东小憩处遗址，原为清代驿站。1931年夏，毛泽东往返江西南丰途中曾在此小憩。[4]

驻马寨一带的战役遗址位于镇北部，与黄坊乡相接。杨斋亭战役遗址也是县政府网站列出的镇内红色遗址之一。[1][4]

著名人物[edit]

张际亮（1799—1843）为渠村人，清代诗人，同魏源、龚自珍、汤鹏一道被称为「道光四子」。[2][6]

慈航法师是艾阳人，俗名艾继荣，生于1893年，卒于1954年，后赴台湾，参与创办佛学院。[1][7]

朱仕琇（1715—1780）为杨林人，清代文学家，著有《梅崖文集》。[1][10]

溪口镇人李庆保（?—1934）在1931年红一方面军攻克建宁后参加革命，任交通员，被列为「革命烈士」。[3]
