建宁县西部的靖安村，属于革命老区基点村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名以寓意定名，取平安之意。[1]

宋元时此地归孝义乡靖安保，明初归北区靖安保，民国时属益安乡，保名仍为靖安保。1950年划入第二区人民政府，设靖安乡管辖，1956年起称靖安乡人民委员会。[1]

1958年，此地并入人民公社，形成靖安生产大队；1968年，大队改为革命领导小组形式；1984年起设村民委员会，属里心镇领导。[1]

「2021年福建省卫生村」称号由福建省爱卫办于2021年11月授予靖安村。[1]
