芦田村位于里心镇北部，地处闽江上游金溪流域，距镇区8公里。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，黄卢公由邵武县迁来此地耕种，村名由此而来。[1]
宋元时此地归宾贤乡安吉保，明初归北区，仍为安吉保；民国时属孟安乡，保名为芦田保。[1]
1950年，此地划入第二区，设芦田乡人民政府，1956年乡政府改称芦田乡人民委员会。1958年，它组成里心人民公社下的芦田生产大队；1968年，它转为芦田大队下设的革命领导小组；1984年改设芦田村民委员会，属里心镇。[1]
2021年11月，「2021年福建省卫生村」的称号由福建省爱卫办授予芦田村。2024年7月，村子获「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」称号。[1]
