善溪村位于大龙乡中部，村内的善溪河是村名的来源。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明洪武元年（1368）此地划入善溪下保，此前属崇礼乡大田里善溪保。民国初至1931年为南乡地方。[2]

1931年后苏维埃时期设有善溪乡苏维埃政府，归龙安区；1934年6月改属三区，1940年归龙善乡。[2]

1950年末至1951年末设善溪乡政府，归五区；1956年划入大布区，1958年设生产大队，归万能公社，1959年改属大布公社。[2]

1984年改设村民委员会，属大布乡；2005年起划归大龙乡。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内的善溪前山沿遗址为夏商周时期的古遗址；岭下自然村的江氏耕读堂为明代建筑，列为县级文物保护单位；莲池坊自然村有清代的显口资福寺。三者均列入第三次全国文物普查登记。[3]
