墩上村位于开善乡东部，距乡政府约0.5公里。村名源于旧时村中一座土墩。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

宋元时期，此村归崇礼乡高平里的开善上保管辖。1931年至1934年苏维埃时期设墩上乡苏维埃政府，隶属大均区，1934年6月改属三区。[3]

解放后，1950年底至1951年底间设有余上乡政府。1956年并入余坊乡，1958年另立生产大队，归冲天公社管辖。1959年改由儒坊公社统辖，1960年单独设为墩上生产大队，1980年改属开善公社，1984年9月转为村民委员会。[3]

经济[edit]

粮食、烟叶和毛竹是村中的支柱产业，村内有规模种植大户。土地肥沃，农田灌溉与机械化耕作的水平较高。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

墩上遗址属夏商周时期的古遗址，位于墩上自然村。许坑自然村有许坑杨永传公祠，为清代古建筑。[4]

荣誉[edit]

2024年11月，墩上村被认定为「2024年度福建省“一村一品”专业村」，专业为腐竹。2021年11月，村子被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。2024年7月，获「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」的命名。[1]
