东山村是福建省三明市泰宁县上青乡下辖的行政村，距乡集镇约2公里。[1]

村名因村庄位于山谷盆地东面的山岭而得，早先分为上东山、下东山两个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋元年间，此地归绥城乡清泰里上高保统辖；民国初至1931年间为北乡辖地。1934年6月划入五区，1940年至1948年间在崇高、崇仁两乡之间调整。[2]

1950年12月至1951年12月间，此地设上青乡政府，归第四区管辖；1956年划入新桥区。1958年改设上青生产大队，归上游公社；1959年属朱口公社，1961年改属上青公社。1971年，东山自上青析出，另设东山生产大队，仍属上青公社。1984年9月12日改设村民委员会，沿用至今，属上青乡。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱国卫生运动委员会办公室命名东山村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

2024年7月，东山村被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
