宁路村位于下渠镇东南部，与开善乡交界。村名取自本村下宁路自然村，寓路途安宁之意[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

宋至元代，村域属崇礼乡高平里的永兴保，明至清代属永兴上保，民国初至1931年仍属永兴上保，归南乡管辖。苏维埃时期划入大均区；1934年编入永南联保，1938年编入开永联保，两次都由三区管辖。1940年设宁路保，归三区开永乡；1941年改由一区开永乡管辖，1943年复归开永乡。1944年并入相邻的保，仍属开永乡。解放后，1951年设为下渠乡的一部分，1953年划出改属另一乡，1956年划归弋口区，1958年成立大队，1962年划归下渠公社。1980年分出设宁路大队，1984年改为宁路村，2018年11月归属下渠镇[3]。
