邱洪村属杉城镇，位于泰宁县北部，距县城约10公里，辖3个自然村和4个村民小组。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年此地归梅桥生产大队；1961年自梅桥分出，设立邱洪生产大队，仍归城关公社；1980年归杉城公社。1984年9月设为村民委员会，归杉城镇。[2]

大洋嶂阻击战[edit]

1934年，国民党军进攻大洋嶂一带，红三军团第四师第十二团第二营与师部侦察队在营长陈昌泰、邓克明指挥下据守阻击，完成了阻击任务。[1]

2013年名录登记大洋嶂反围剿阻击战旧址（1931至1934年，近现代），列在本村大洋坪自然村。[3]

村内以种植水稻、烟叶为主，近年还种植雷公藤。县大洋坪工业园区位于村境内。[1]
