吕家坊村属杉城镇，村庄位于大金湖边，离泰宁县城约4公里。全村5个村民小组，村民原为池潭水库移民。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1931年至1934年苏维埃时期，此地设立吕家坊乡苏维埃政府。1967年自梅口大队分出，设吕家坊生产大队。[2]

1979年因修建池潭电厂，原址被淹没，村民迁至城关公社井坑自然村。1984年9月设为村民委员会，归杉城镇。[2]

后期扶持与村庄建设[edit]

村子在2005年6月遭遇洪灾，多数移民房屋被冲毁或成为危房，之后在省、市、县支持下灾后重建。此后又利用库区后期扶持资金推进道路硬化与村庄整治。[1]

吕家坊村是全省「小康库区百村行动」的示范村之一。[1]
