上华村是福建省三明市将乐县万全乡的行政村。村名由旧村塅上与渡华合并而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清乾隆时，此地属阳源都。1946年至1948年间，本村曾是闽赣边游击武装的活动地，被列入革命根据地的核心村落。[2]

1949年前设梅石保，隶属将溪联保与民权乡；1949年后设梅石乡，归黄潭区管辖。1950年，本村被认定为革命老区村。[2]

渡头一度于1954年从梅石乡分出另设乡，1955年撤销后并回梅石乡。1955年本村组织初级社，1956年改为高级社。[2]

1961年万全公社成立后，塅上与渡华分别恢复为大队，属万全公社管辖；1966年，两队合并，村名定为上华大队；1984年9月，改称上华村民委员会。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年7月，上华村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
